When you place an order with Bonnie Baby, you are accepting the terms of our returns and refunds policy detailed below.
RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS
Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please reach out to us within this timeframe.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original, unused condition, and still in its original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase for eligibility.
Upon approval of your return request, we will furnish you with the return address for sending the product back to our warehouse. Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.

REFUND POLICY
We adhere to a strict 30-day refund policy. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. We'll provide you with the return address for sending the product back to our returns location in Brisbane, QLD.
Kindly note, the processing time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account may vary.
Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.
EXCHANGE POLICY / FAULTY PRODUCTS
If, by chance, you receive a defective, damaged, or faulty product, please notify us immediately. We may request photographic evidence and additional details to assess the issue properly. Following our evaluation, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact us immediately if you find yourself needing to cancel your order for any reason. Due to the efficiency of our order processing, once an order is entered into our system, we are unable to make changes, and halting the shipment process from our warehouse may not always be possible.
To increase the likelihood of canceling your order before it is dispatched, it's crucial to notify us at your earliest convenience. If we successfully prevent your order from shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if your cancellation request is not received by 6:00 pm on the day the order is placed, canceling the order might not be feasible. In such cases, you will be guided to proceed according to our refund policy.
